Last week, I got an email from a previous customer, who left our training program over a year and a half ago. She had recently switched jobs and was interested in training again.
She found the training helpful at the time, but her previous employer would not allow any time for training.
Of course there are many factors that make a person change jobs, but do you think the attitude of her previous employer contributed to her seeking other employment?
